Fitness Training
I will help you achieve your fitness and physique goals. I will create a unique training and diet plan for you and tweak it based on results and your personal preferences. Fitness training follows the guidelines of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (certified PT).
Sleep Coaching
It all begins with a good night of sleep. I am a long-time enthusiast of sleep, including the science and practice of it. I studied sleep at Dalhousie University as part of my BSc in neuroscience and biochemistry and attend sleep conferences periodically. I am currently a member of the Canadian Sleep Society (CSS).
Meal Planning
Lets face it, counting calories is hard. Counting macros is even harder. Cut to the chase and let me do that for you. I can create a personalized meal plan for you whether your goal is to bulk up or shred down.
